I'm not getting my password or other emails from Naked Women on Live Webcam!

Most email providers now routinely employ anti-spam software. Unfortunately, because of the number of emails Naked Women on Live Webcam sends out, your email provider might be classifying some Naked Women on Live Webcam messages as spam. To make sure that you receive email from other Naked Women on Live Webcam members, as well as announcements and updates, please select your email provider from the list below and follow the instructions provided.

A note on receiving Naked Women on Live Webcam email: Occasionally, you might receive a large amount of email from Naked Women on Live Webcam in one day.   2. Choose the first mail option, "Junk E-Mail Protection".
  3. Choose the link, "Safe List".
  4. Type "women.streamray.com" in the address box.
  5. Click the Add button.
Yahoo! Mail
  1. From your Inbox, select "Add Contact" from the "Addresses" pull-down menu.
  2. Fill out the "Email" field with the email address from which you'd like to receive mail.
  3. Choose "Save", then "Done."
  4. Repeat steps 2 & 3 for the following email addresses:
    • customerservice@streamray.com
    • techsupport@streamray.com
    • billing@cams.com
America Online (AOL)
  1. In your AOL Mailbox, choose the Mail Tab menu, then select "Address Book."
  2. Choose "Add Icon," which is located at the bottom of the pop-up window.
  3. Fill out the "Other - Email" field with the email address from which you'd like to receive mail.
  4. Click the "Primary Email" box.
  5. Repeat steps 2 through 4 for these email addresses:
    • customerservice@streamray.com
    • techsupport@streamray.com
    • billing@cams.com
Microsoft Network
  1. Choose the "Junk E-mail" link at the bottom left of your inbox.
  2. Select the third Guard Settings link: "Safe List".
  3. Enter the email address from which you'd like to receive mail in the "Email" field of the pop-up window.
  4. Click Save.
  5. Repeat steps 3 & 4 for the following email addresses:
    • customerservice@streamray.com
    • techsupport@streamray.com
    • billing@cams.com
Microsoft Outlook
  1. On the Tools menu, click Options.
  2. On the Preferences tab, under E-mail, click Junk E-mail.
  3. Click the Safe Senders or Safe Recipients tab.
  4. Click Add.
  5. Type "women.streamray.com" in the address box.
  6. Click the OK button.
Other ISPs
  1. Add the following addresses to any address books or safe lists with your email service provider:
    • customerservice@streamray.com
    • techsupport@streamray.com
    • billing@cams.com
  2. It's a good idea to routinely check your spam, junk and blocked email folders to see if any Naked Women on Live Webcam messages were routed there by mistake.

Note: If you've changed your email address recently, Naked Women on Live Webcam will verify the new address by changing your password and sending the new password to the new email address.

What if it says that my password is incorrect?

There could be several reasons why your password and username are not matching up. Try using your browsers "back" button to return to the login screen. Clear the fields and enter your information again. If this still doesnt work, use the automated password/username lookup form.

Other causes could include:

  • Your account has been deleted during our review process. Please check your email inbox for a notice regarding this matter.
  • You ve updated your account and have a new password. Please check your email inbox for your new password and try to login again.
  • Please clear your browsers cache, and make sure you arent using a Bookmark or Hotlist link.
  • Caps lock may be on.

How do I send emails to models?

To email a model, you must be a Standard Member with at least $20 in your account, a Premiere member or a member of that model’s Fan Club.

To email a model:

  1. From the Home Page, first click on the “Who’s On Now” link or your Favorites page, then click the Bio link below the picture of the model you want to contact.
  2. On the left side of her Bio page, click the Contact Me link.
  3. Fill out the form with your message to the model. You can enter up to 16,000 characters per email and include up to three photos in your email.
  4. When you’re finished, press the “Click to send the above message” button. If you want to save the message and send it later, you can click “Save to draft.”
Note: Make sure to enter all of the information in the form, including the Confirm Number information. This is a security feature to help stop spammers. If you don’t fill out all the information your message won’t go through. Vision-impaired members can click on the anti-spam number to hear an audio file.

How do I get email from models?

To read email from the models:

  1. Enter your username and password to login.
  2. Click on the "Mailbox" icon at the top of any page.
  3. This will take you to the Naked Women on Live Webcam Message Center and show you any messages in your Inbox.
  4. Click on a message to read it.

What kind of live shows are available?

Naked Women on Live Webcam offers five types of live performances:

Free Chat. As a member, you can chat with a performer as long you like or until you “Go Private” by using our Private Chat feature with your favorite performer. As a guest, you may only watch the conversation and video but may become a member by completing the free and simple sign-up process. Unlike Private and Nude Chat, Free Chat contains no nudity.

Private Chat. Almost anything (and we mean anything) goes as you and the performer spend as much time as you like. Direct the performer to satisfy your desires! As the name Private Chat suggests, other members cannot hear the audio (when available) or see the text of your conversation. To find a performer for a Private Chat, enter Free Chat and look for the "Go Private Show" button.

Nude Chat. Similar to a Private Chat except other members may also interact with the performer. For the performer’s full attention, use Private Chat.

Voyeur View. Watch the video portion of any Private Chat as a voyeur or to preview your next Private Chat. You may view for as little or as long as you like, but once the Private Chat ends, so does your Voyeur View session. Like any good voyeur, you are at the whim of others.

Cam-to-Cam. Need a new reason to use your webcam? Spice up your chat! For a truly interactive experience, use your webcam to broadcast yourself to the performer during Free, Private or Nude Chat! Only the performer can see you, so get kinky!
